Warning to all, online or RL friends: Stay AWAY from me this week. If not you'll wonder how come I blow up/snub you for no reason. Very frustrated.

Anyway, this guy, Rev Will Bowen wants all of us to stop complaining. What originally started as a sermon to his congregants has turned into a worldwide campaign. Wear the purple bracelet to remind yourself to " stop complaining, criticizing or gossiping."


"When you're focusing your attention on what's wrong or complaining, you're going to get more of what you're complaining about," Bowen says. "Complaining draws all of its essence from negativity. When you complain, you do it typically to attract attention or sympathy. It's you saying 'There's something wrong with me.' You're sending out this vibrational energy into the universe that you're a victim, and the universe responds with more negativity."
